VIDEOS: US Interventions in Latin America – Cautionary Tales for Honduras and Beyond

The US’ long history of intervention in Latin America is a cautionary tale that should be constantly reviewed to further improve the peoples’ strategies for responding to  the next US-inspired invasion, coup, economic devastation, etc.

Below are two videos.  The first is an excerpt of John Pilger’s excellent documentary about Latin America, “The War on Democracy.”  This excerpt focuses on the US coup against Chilean President Salvador Allende on September 11, 1973.  The second video is  Pilger’s entire documentary  which shows the US’ full court press across Latin America in search of continent-wide domination.
