This should be a doozy of a meeting. By now, many expected the Tegucigalpa-San Jose Accord to be in the implementation stage whereby the OAS would lift sanctions and re-incorporate Honduras back into the OAS.
I expect the wonderfully precocious, Roy Chaderton, Venezuelan ambassador to the OAS, to fire it up. I also expect the ambassadors of Nicaragua and Bolivia to come in swinging. And, what will the US ambassador say?? Clear your calendar for tomorrow morning at 10AM — this promises to be a show stopper.
